looking forward to lots of new products in 2026
Südlohn, January 2026. With a powerful presence at the Domotex 2026 in Hannover, ter Hürne has sent a clear signal at the start of the year. The trade fair presentation focused primarily on real wood, system expertise and high performance. For trade partners both from home and abroad, the stand in Hall 21 offered not only inspiration but also, above all concrete solutions to current market challenges: high-performance products, differentiating product ranges and solutions for changed living and working environments.

Wood at its best and another innovation
"If not wood, then what?" – Under this trade fair motto, we are putting wood as the material of the future at the centre of the DOMOTEX trade fair in Hanover from 19 to 22 January 2026.
We will be presenting our complete range of natural wood parquet flooring there. We are bringing a level of quality to the market that combines maximum performance with a genuine natural experience – robust, easy to care for and healthy for living.
We are also expanding our portfolio with Divisio, our new room dividers based on a flexible modular principle. In 2026, ter Hürne will offer multifunctional solutions that can be perfectly adapted to changing room situations.

📚 Lesefreude schenken – Zukunft stärken!
Wir freuen uns sehr, dass wir der St.-Vitus-Grundschule in Südlohn eine Lese-Box der Stiftung Lesen überreichen durften. Unsere Geschäftsführerin Celia ter Hürne hat die Box persönlich an die Klasse und ihre Lehrkräfte übergeben – und es sich nicht nehmen lassen, direkt ein paar Geschichten selbst vorzulesen.
Die leuchtenden Augen der Kinder waren der beste Beweis: Lesen verbindet, inspiriert und macht einfach Spaß!

- Lesen stärkt Sprach- und Medienkompetenz.
- Frühe Leseförderung schafft wichtige Grundlagen für Bildung.

Am 20. November 2025 von 16:00 bis 20:00 Uhr öffnen wir unsere Türen zur Nacht der Ausbildung im Kreis Borken.
Unter dem Motto „ter Hürne Winter Vibes“ laden wir alle Interessierten herzlich ein, unser Unternehmen und unsere Ausbildungsberufe kennenzulernen.
Vor unserem Seminarraum erwarten euch alkoholfreier Glühwein, frische Waffeln und spannende Einblicke in die Ausbildung bei ter Hürne.
Unsere Azubis und Ausbilder stehen für Fragen bereit und berichten aus ihrem Alltag.

On 30 September 2025, Bernhard ter Hürne passed away at the age of only 59 after a short, serious illness. As managing partner and owner, he led our family business for decades with great passion, foresight and a sense of responsibility. He was not only the face of ter Hürne, but also a driving force behind our corporate philosophy and values.
